At TechFlowStream, we stand behind our network troubleshooting solutions and want you to feel confident in your investment. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be available and the process for requesting them. We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to handling refund requests.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service fails to meet documented specifications within 30 days of purchase
  • Technical issues prevent proper functionality despite support efforts
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors occur
  • Service cancellation within the first 14 days of subscription start
Note: Custom implementations and specialized consulting work are generally non-refundable once delivered.

Time Limits

Refund requests must be submitted within specific timeframes:

  • Subscription Services: 14 days from billing date
  • One-time Purchases: 30 days from purchase date
  • Training Programs: 7 days after program start date
  • Consulting Services: 48 hours after initial consultation

Requests submitted after these periods will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but may not be eligible for full refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed consulting sessions and delivered reports
  • Downloaded software or digital resources that have been accessed
  • Third-party licensing fees and external service costs
  • Training materials accessed or downloaded in full
  • Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted

These exclusions help us maintain fair pricing for all customers while protecting intellectual property.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, partial refunds may be appropriate:

  • Subscription cancellations mid-billing cycle (prorated amount)
  • Services that were partially delivered before cancellation
  • Technical issues that affected service quality for a portion of the billing period
  • Downgrades to lower service tiers during active subscriptions
Important: Partial refunds are calculated based on unused service time and may exclude setup fees or administrative costs.

Refund Request Process

Submit Request

Contact our support team via email or phone with your refund request. Include your account information, purchase details, and reason for the refund request.

Initial Review

Our team will review your request within 2 business days. We may ask for additional information or attempt to resolve any technical issues first.

Evaluation Period

We'll evaluate your request against our policy criteria. This typically takes 3-5 business days, during which we may work with you to find alternative solutions.

Decision & Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You'll receive confirmation and tracking information for the refund transaction.

Completion

Refunds appear on your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Payment Method Returns

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method whenever possible:

  • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days for credit to appear
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days for processing
  • Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days depending on provider
  • Expired Cards: Check or alternative arrangement may be needed

Processing times may vary based on your financial institution's policies and international banking requirements.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unique situations may arise:

  • Medical emergencies that prevent service utilization
  • Business closure or significant operational changes
  • Force majeure events affecting service delivery
  • Technical compatibility issues despite proper specifications

These situations will be evaluated individually, and we may offer refunds, credits, or service adjustments based on the specific circumstances involved.
